Kristine Gauthier, PhD, MPH, PNP-BCPC is the NRC director at the University of South Florida College of Nursing. She can be contacted at: gauthierk@usf.edu. 

The NRC core staff has been consistently interprofessional, including the disciplines of nursing, medicine, psychology, nutrition, early childhood care and education, instructional design, information technology, public health, library science, and family consumers.

The NRC leadership and staff engage and coordinate a vast array of volunteer national and international subject matter experts in the development and revision of the CFOC standards and standards-based resources. These contributions are essential to protecting the health and safety of young children in early care and education programs.

Marilyn J. Krajicek, EdD, RN, FAAN, directed the NRC interdisciplinary team from 1995 and until her retirement in 2021 from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus College of Nursing.
