Printing Problems

Why is part of the page cut off?

We developed this Web site to use default browser margins (.75 inches). If the page is cut off then most likely your margins are larger than this.

To change your margins in Microsoft Internet Explorer follow these steps: To do this in Netscape follow these steps: Is there a way to print your Web site without the blue menu at the left?

No. We realize the navigational menu bar is quite large but necessary to maintain navigational simplicity. With the document open in Acrobat Reader follow these steps: Acrobat Reader has an extensive, built-in, help function. If you cannot find the answer to your question in the "Help" menu please visit http://www.adobe.com for more information.

Display Problems

Why is your Web page off center?

With the complex HTML structure of our Web site it is inevitable that random errors in the way pages are loaded will occur. If this should happen simply press the "Refresh" button at the top of your browser.

Why is your Web page so large/small?

If you are uncomfortable changing these settings or feel that there is a different problem involved contact your network administrator or Internet service provider.
