Editor's note: Because the American Academy of Pediatrics releases an annual update of the Recommended Childhood Immunization Schedule every January, editors of Stepping Stones, 2nd Edition made the decision to not include the actual schedule in this document as Stepping Stones' longevity will surpass the current year. Please refer to the American Academy of Pediatrics' web site - http://www.aap.org for the most recent edition or obtain a copy of the current January issue of Pediatrics in which the schedule is published. Web access and copies of the journal can be found at or obtained through a local public library. Also local health departments can often supply a copy of the most recent schedule.
