Puerto Rico has three documents regulating health and safety in child care.

Child Care and Development Group Homes and Institutions
(Para el Licenciamiento y Supervision de Hogares de Grupo e Instituciones)
June 2002
Children's Camps (including day camps and extended stay facilities)
(Para el Licenciamiento y Supervision de Hogare de Crianza para el Cuidado de Ninos y Ninas)
June 2002
