North Carolina Regulations
The regulations listed below are current as of June 27, 2008

North Carolina has three different documents regulating health and safety in child care.
Effective Date
Chapter 110 General Statutes Child Care Facilities 5/1/2005
Chapter 9 - Child Care Rules 7/1/2008
Section 2800 Sanitation of Child Care Centers 8/2/2007

Please note: Some cities and/or counties in North Carolina have additional regulations. Please check with your city and county government for more information.
