Kansas has five different documents regulating health and safety in child care.

Regulations for Licensing Preschools and Child Care Centers 7/11/2008
Regulations for Licensing Day Care Homes and Group Day Care Homes 7/2008
Child Care Licensing and Registration Laws 7/2007
Regulations for Registered Family Day Care Homes for Children 7/11/2008
Regulations for Licensing School Age Programs 1/10/2003
