Idaho has four different documents regulating health and safety in child care.

16.06.01 Rules Governing Family and Children's Services 5/8/2009
16.06.02 Rules Governing Standards for Child Care Licensing 7/1/2009
16.06.12 Rules Governing the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) 7/1/2009
16.02.11 Immunization Requirements for Children Attending Licensed Day Care Facilities in Idaho 4/6/2005
