Idaho Regulations
The regulations listed below are current as of November 12, 2008

Idaho has four different documents regulating health and safety in child care.
Effective Date
16.06.01 Rules Governing Family and Children's Services 4/2/2008
16.06.02 Rules Governing Standards for Child Care Licensing 3/30/2007
16.06.12 Rules Governing the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) 5/1/2008
16.02.11 Immunization Requirements for Children Attending Licensed Day Care Facilities in Idaho 4/6/2005
