Iowa Regulations
The regulations listed below are current as of January 21, 2010

Iowa has two different documents regulating health and safety in child care.
Effective Date
Chapter 109: Child Care Centers 1/1/2009
Chapter 110: Child Development Homes 11/1/2009

Please note: Some cities and/or counties in Iowa have additional regulations. Please check with your city and county government for more information.
