The regulations listed below are current as of August 21, 2008

Florida has four different documents regulating health and safety in child care.

Chapter 65C-20 Family Day Care Standards and Large Family Child Care Homes 5/1/2008
Chapter 65C-22 Child Care Standards 5/1/2008
Chapter 65C-25 Specialized Child Care Facilities for the Care of Mildly-Ill Children 7/13/2003
2007 Florida Child Care Statutes 2007
