Florida has four different documents regulating health and safety in child care.

Chapter 65C-22 Child Care Standards 01/13/2010
Chapter 65C-25 Specialized Child Care Facilities for the Care of Mildly-Ill Children 7/13/2003
2009 Florida Child Care Statutes Section 402 2009
