Arizona Regulations
The regulations listed below are current as of November 18, 2009
 
Arizona has three different documents regulating health and safety in child care.
Effective Date
9 A.A.C. 3, Arizona Dept. of Health Services, Child Care Group Homes 9/1/2004
9 A.A.C. 5, Arizona Dept. of Health Services, Child Care Facilities 12/1/2007
6 A.A.C.5, Article 52: Arizona Dept. of Economic Security, Certification and Supervision of Family Child Care Home Providers 5/19/1999

Please note: Some cities and/or counties in Arizona have additional regulations. Please check with your city and county government for more information.
